| FERTILIZER ANALYZER |
|
The Fertilizer Analyzer does not measure the relative amounts of individual elements: nitrogen, phosphorus, and potash. It just measures the total fertility and is a useful tool for maintaining the fertility level. Initially you should have your soil tested. Contact your local Cooperative Extension Service and let them know what principal crop is planned for the area. They will advise of the individual levels and the pH so that corrective measures can be taken if necessary. Thereafter, you can use the Fertilizer Analyzer to maintain fertility levels by using a complete and balanced fertilizer. Have your soil tested through the Coopera- tive Extension Service at least once every three years. |
